The Brief:
Ziggiziggi.com is a relatively new web site for designer home accessories and lovely gifts. The clients believe that Public Relations (PR) is critical to this relatively new online retailer for designer home accessories and luxury gifts to its future success.

In 2008 they appointed Joseph Tirelli at JT Marketing PR Services The brief was to raise brand awareness and future growth. to raise ziggiziggi.com’s profile with the media.

Outcome:
JT Marketing set up and managed a press office on their behalf  of their client. Ziggiziggi.com is now frequently featured in the national press and magazines.

As ziggiziggi.com’s Press Office we are proud to see our client’s products appear in national newspapers such as the Daily Mail Femail Magazine, the Sunday Mirror’s Home and Holiday supplement, the Telegraph’s Magazine and News of the World’s Fabulous Magazine. We also helped feature ziggiziggi.com’s products in major periodical Home Interiors and Women’s Lifestyle magazines such as Bella, Cosmopolitan, Good Homes, Good Housekeeping, Homes and Interiors Scotland, Ideal Home, Prima, She, Real Homes, Stylist and Your Home.

Sales have significantly increased year on year. Ziggiziggi.com is gaining a reputation with both consumers and the press as a web site offering lovely home accessories and gifts by independent designers which are not usually found on the high street.

Project: Strategic Marketing Plan - Financial Services

Background:
The company CEO had a vision to grow the business from £22m to £33m in 3 years.
We were asked to assist the senior management in developing a strategic marketing plan that would be credible. This plan would be presented to the board for approval in a very short time scale - 4 days to be exact!

Outcome:
Working with the senior management team, we arranged a workshop to pool ideas and information.  JT Marketing Services was able to review and amend the client’s marketing strategy after identifying their critical factors for success.
We also made recommendations on allocation of marketing, financial and human resources to achieve their growth targets together with an outline annual marketing plan with a full budget.

Our 3 year growth plan was duly supplied on time and was duly adopted by the board of Directors. The company is on track to achieve its targets.

Project: Press Launch of New Restaurant & Event Management for Opening

Background:
The client called us in to help come up with some ideas on how to launch their restaurant that was opening in a couple of week’s time. The restaurant formed part of a multi-million pound investment by the owners.

Outcome:
We devised an opening night which would have specially invited guests and managed the invitations and all administration. As part of a coordinated PR campaign we set up a Press Office which approached local and regional press and radio. We succeeded in securing one radio interview plus a number of press interviews that produces a number of articles being featured in targeted newspapers and magazines.

Joseph Tirelli also acted as the company spokesman on the night and with his team enabled the client to manage the successful evening opening with specially invited guests. The Olive Tree has since developed an excellent reputation and loyal customer base.

Background:
The client after many years experience working as a sub-contractor wanted to be able to offer his services directly to clients. He asked us to project manage all aspects from brand positioning to providing the web site and content.

Outcome:
Working with associate web designer Michael Spencer we provided the content and designed the new web site within timescales and budget. The content and web site have been designed to maximise Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
The web site is ranking on page one of some of the major search engines and has started to receive good quality enquiries.

Background:
We were asked by the client to provide some marketing guidance on this musical event over 2 days where the original film score of some the blockbusting films over the past 30 years would be played by a fantastic orchestra with a stunning light show.

Outcome:
We helped communicate that the venue at the Watford Coloseum was the amenity where some of the iconic musical scores were actually recorded. We devised a plan to promote and worked with an associate to produce stunning brand identity which was incorporated onto posters, leaflets and the web site.

We managed to get coverage and features on certain London Entertainment sites as well as local coverage in local press.

The event was virtually sold out for the whole duration and above all the audience really enjoyed the event. (We know because we went on the 2nd night!).

The Brief:
Ocean had worked hard to retain its market position during the recession. The management team recognised that the business now required needed external support in reinvigorating their sales and marketing effort. Ocean’s management were looking for an independent consultant who could provide advice but would also be hands-on in order to help ensure that the plan was implemented. 

Outcome:
On appointing JT Marketing PR Services, Joseph Tirelli’s first priority was to build on the strength of Ocean’s brand for quality and excellent customer service. Joseph worked closely with Ocean’s MD in developing the new strategy that would to help the company’s next stage of development.

This included launching a new range of taps and bathroom accessories to meet demand in identified market sectors that offered the greatest growth potential.

Joseph also reviewed internal resources and is helping to recruit and train additional sales and marketing personnel. The next stage involves the launch of an exciting range of quality bathroom and kitchen taps and bathroom accessories over the next 12 months.

The Brief:
Although this contact florist client had an enviable client list, however outside of these companies, Frederick’s was relatively unknown in its targeted market. The company had made one false start on a web site which had been abandoned because it was not going meeting their requirements. In addition the client wanted to maximise its seasonal sales for Christmas floral arrangements and decorated trees.

Outcome:
We recommended creating one consolidated single brand that would reflect the high end corporate market that Fredericks is involved in. We managed the project from creative brand design to marketing strategy including positioning of the new brand. At the same time working with associate web designer Michael Spencer, we designed the new web site.

We also provided a copywriting service to produce the main content for the web site to maximise Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). After a successful launch, the web site significantly achieved high page rankings for keywords that the client had targeted.
 
We also helped draft the content for the Christmas promotional leaflet and page on the web site, which helped to significantly increase sales compared to the previous year.

NotJustTaps.co.uk is a fast growing online kitchen and bathroom accessories specialist. The MD wanted some advice to help shape the marketing strategy and online PR for its next stage of development.

Outcome:
We provided a communications strategy and initiated an online PR campaign to creatively drive business development. We also managed the NotJustTaps Press Office.

As a consequence of the new marketing strategy, NotJustTaps.co.uk is still growing.

The PR campaign has helped to drive traffic to the web site with consumers and professionals finding NotJustTaps excellent range of kitchen and bathroom taps, spares and bathroom accessories.

MRCS is an innovative new start-up company but did not have any marketing expertise internally to develop a marketing launch plan.  The marketing communications strategy would have to educate and explain how MRCS’s innovative solution would benefit Local Authorities and other Public Sector Organisations

Outcome:
We provided MRCS with a strong marketing strategy and a clear marketing plan, covering the key critical areas of strategy, planning and market positioning.
Our company also managed the whole marketing project from start to finish including graphic designers, web site designer.

In order to maximise the budget, our Public Relations (PR) agency ensured the company profile was featured in the right publications and completed the copy writing of the SEO content for web pages, Ebroadcasts and press releases. We believe that MRCS in first concentrating on the development of the right strategy and then execution of the marketing plan not only resulted in a successful launch but has ensured ongoing growth.

Background:
James Hart is an established property search agent helping clients find homes in excess of £1.5m in the prime locations of London. The client wanted to asked Joseph Tirelli to undertake review the company’s current marketing and in particular the web site. The latter was not producing the right quality and quantity of visitors and sales leads.

Outcome:
We recommended a new brand that would reflect the high end property market that the client was involved in. At the same time working with associate web designer Michael Spencer we provided the content (10,000 words) and designed the new web site. The content and web site have been designed to maximise Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
This has already started to help improve page rankings for keywords such as London luxury property finder on the major search engines. Feedback from existing and prospective clients has been very positive.
